Consumers may contact the Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Algarve (CIMAAL). CIMAAL covers consumer disputes connected with the Algarve and, under its 2026 rules, cross-border consumer disputes where the supplier is based in its area. The official list of authorised Portuguese consumer dispute-resolution bodies is published by the Direção-Geral do Consumidor. For a cross-border purchase within the EU, Iceland or Norway, the European Consumer Centre in the consumer's country can help identify the appropriate route. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use inklea.com. It applies alongside the privacy notices of services you choose to use, such as PayPal.

inklea.com is a shop for digital printable templates (PDF downloads). No account is required. Inklea does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, social-media plugins, or its own marketing cookies. Fonts and other design assets are delivered directly from this website, so no connection to Google Fonts is made.
The PayPal checkout is not loaded when you merely visit or browse the site. It is loaded only after you place an item in the cart, expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital content, and select “Continue to secure payment”. PayPal may then use cookies or similar technologies required for checkout, security, fraud prevention, and payment processing.
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA, acting as a service provider. When the site is requested, technically necessary data may be processed in server logs, including IP address, date and time, requested URL, referring page, browser/user-agent information, and response status. This is necessary to deliver the website and to maintain its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interests are secure, reliable, and abuse-resistant website operation.
Log data is retained only for as long as required for security, troubleshooting, and the host's documented operational retention periods, and is then deleted or anonymised unless a specific incident requires longer preservation. More information: Netlify Privacy Statement and Netlify GDPR information.
The cart is held only in the page's working memory and is not saved to local storage or an Inklea customer account. If you activate PayPal checkout, your browser connects to PayPal. PayPal may receive technical data such as your IP address, device/browser data, the page and time of access, cookie or similar identifiers, and the transaction details needed to offer and secure the payment. During payment, PayPal processes information such as name, contact details, payment method, billing information, and transaction data. PayPal processes this data under its own responsibility and privacy statement.
Inklea receives the transaction information PayPal makes available to the seller, which may include payer name, email address, transaction identifier, purchased items, amount, currency, payment status, and fraud/risk information. Full card or bank-account credentials are not provided to Inklea. Processing is necessary to initiate and perform the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, to meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or other legal duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Transaction and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory retention periods; other order data is deleted when it is no longer required for contract handling, legal claims, or legal obligations.
Payment provider: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. More information: PayPal Privacy Statement.
If you contact us by email, we process the information you send, the time of communication, and technical delivery data in order to respond. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence; the legitimate interest is responding to genuine enquiries and documenting business communications. Email providers involved in transmitting or hosting the message may receive the data. Correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed, subject to statutory retention duties and the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Personal data is disclosed only where necessary to the hosting provider, payment provider, email providers, professional advisers, or public authorities where legally required. Netlify may process data in the United States. According to Netlify, transfers are protected through the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. PayPal may process data within its corporate group and through service providers internationally; according to PayPal, it uses adequacy decisions, approved Binding Corporate Rules, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism as applicable.
Links to other websites, including Inkleaf and the providers named in this notice, do not transmit data to those providers until you choose to open the link. Their own privacy notices then apply.
The home page also links to the Inklea shop on Etsy. If you follow that link or buy through Etsy, Etsy processes data under its own responsibility and Privacy Policy.
These rights may be subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR. You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing where Art. 22 GDPR applies. Inklea does not carry out such automated decision-making. To exercise your rights, send an email to hello@inkleaf.shop. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
The competent data protection supervisory authority in Portugal is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), cnpd.pt. You have the right to lodge a complaint there if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
If material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Early expiry for digital content: The right of withdrawal expires only if all statutory requirements are met: before delivery begins, you expressly agree that performance may start during the withdrawal period, acknowledge that this causes the right of withdrawal to be lost, and receive these declarations together with the contract confirmation on a durable medium. If any of these requirements is not met, the statutory right of withdrawal remains in place.
Your statutory rights also remain available if a file is defective or does not conform to the contract. In that case, contact hello@inkleaf.shop.
To Nicholas Flatt, Vale de Lama 1, 8300-026 Silves, Portugal, hello@inkleaf.shop
I hereby withdraw from the contract I concluded for the purchase of the following digital content:
Product: ____________________
Ordered on: ____________________
Name: ____________________
Address: ____________________
Date: ____________________
These terms apply to all purchases of digital products through inklea.com.
Inklea sells digital printable templates (PDF files). No physical products are shipped. Delivery takes place as a download immediately after payment is received.
A product page is an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. Before payment, you can review the cart, remove products, or abandon the purchase. By giving the final confirmation at PayPal, you place a binding order. The contract is formed when PayPal confirms the payment and Inklea accepts the order. The essential contract information must then be confirmed by email or another durable medium.
All prices are final prices in euros. VAT is not shown because the business uses the Portuguese small-business exemption under Article 53 of the CIVA.
Payment is processed by PayPal. The download is made available after payment has been confirmed. No delivery charge applies.
Products are supplied as PDF files in the formats stated on the product page, usually A4 and US Letter. You need a device with a current PDF reader and, if you want a paper copy, a suitable printer. The files do not use digital rights management. Statutory consumer rights concerning conformity and remedies for digital content apply, including Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021.
With your purchase, you receive a simple, non-transferable license for personal use. You may print the files as often as you like for your own use. Not permitted: resale, redistribution, publication, commercial use, or uploading the files to file-sharing platforms or other services.
Inklea products are tools for self-observation. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and do not replace diagnosis or treatment.
Inklea is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations, and capped at the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
Questions about an order or a lack of conformity can be sent to hello@inkleaf.shop. Formal consumer complaints may also be submitted through the Electronic Complaints Book linked above.
The laws of Portugal apply. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
