inklea.com is a shop for digital printable templates (PDF downloads). No account is required. The site uses no cookies, no analytics tools, no tracking pixels, and no session recording. Nothing is stored in your browser beyond what's needed to display the page.
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Standard server access logs may include your IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Netlify Privacy Policy.
When you purchase a digital product, the data required to process the order (e.g. email address, payment information) is processed by the respective payment provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Payment data such as credit card numbers never reaches Inklea; it is processed exclusively by the payment provider.
As a transitional measure, products also link to our Etsy shop. Purchases made through Etsy are governed by Etsy's Privacy Policy.
If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is stored with MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Vilnius, Lithuania, EU), but only after you've confirmed via a separate confirmation email (double opt-in). Every email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hallo@inklea.de. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). MailerLite Privacy Policy.
If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it's no longer needed for that purpose.
Netlify is based in the USA. Data transfers to the USA take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) issued by the European Commission, as described in the provider's privacy policy linked above. MailerLite is based in the EU (Lithuania).
To exercise your rights, simply send an email to hallo@inklea.de.
The competent data protection supervisory authority in Portugal is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), cnpd.pt. You have the right to lodge a complaint there if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
If material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Early expiry for digital content: The right of withdrawal expires for contracts covering the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium once download or delivery has begun, provided you've expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and you've acknowledged that this means you lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
Since all Inklea products are available as an instant download right after purchase, the right of withdrawal generally expires once the download begins. If something's wrong with your file, reach out anyway at hallo@inklea.de, we'll find a solution.
These terms apply to all purchases of digital products through inklea.com.
Inklea sells digital printable templates (PDF files). No physical products are shipped. Delivery takes place as a download immediately after payment is received.
All prices are final prices in euros.
With your purchase, you receive a simple, non-transferable license for personal use. You may print the files as often as you like for your own use. Not permitted: resale, redistribution, publication, commercial use, or uploading the files to file-sharing platforms or other services.
Inklea products are tools for self-observation. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and do not replace diagnosis or treatment.
Inklea is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations, and capped at the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
The laws of Portugal apply. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
